Just don't try to re-fuel in Canada. Gas prices are going through the roof here.

I hope it helped as I think it would look good black instead of all the chrome. I also took off the steps as they hang too low. Super Duty's are awesome, 400 hp and 800 ft. lbs. or torque! I'd love to have a Platinum PowerStroke!

work up in Canada.

and thanks again Bdog. I think thats out of the question. I'll probably end up painting the outer trim of the grille and the silver trim piece on the tailgate. I really hate so much silver/chrome shit on the truck.

so far, I've put in HID in headlights, hard wired the radar and gotten weather tech front floor mats. The OEM sucked ass.

today, I'm getting the BakFlip G2 cover, bed liner, and LED bed lights.

Canada got postponed for a few days so Im going back to houston today and getting tints and new car prep done on it.

Shame, other than The Boss, that Raptor was the only other Ford product that was worth buying. GMC FTW

You are not alone. I have seen many US cars up here. And they are not here for vacation. I have seen plates as far as California/UTAH in the GO train commuter parking lot east of Toronto.

The new truck is nice, but I liked the Raptor better. The de-chroming will help a lot. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it!

Unless you are towing 10k+ lbs, why trade one crew cab ford for another?

Also, hopefully you put projectors in with those HIDs. Otherwise, !

Yeah, I'm surprised Ford would put that big badge on what is obviously a work truck. More stuff to fall off at the work site IMO. I take it you are using it for work, in which case I understand the sacrifice of what was obviously a fun vehicle for you.

Everything is big with Ford. Dude, known you forever and you go through cars so damn fast! I have too, but not near like you do.

Nice truck, but I do agree I like the raptor better. That is one big truck. Grats!

The money I got paid for my raptor was just unbelievable and I could not pass up on it.

And I got a pretty good deal on this truck also. I'm not planning on keeping the f250 for long.
Probably end up in a new raptor sooner or later.

And yeah I hate the platinum on the sides.
I just need to decide exactly how long I'm gonna keep this truck and if I should mod it or not.

To me, this truck doesn't make a big difference for work. I was very satisfied with the raptor. Only complaint was 11mpg avg. But again, I Had to get rid of my raptor.
Miles were adding up and warranty was about to run out. It had 33k miles when I traded it in.

Nice looking truck and bob, people buying the platinum edition probably aren't going to the worksite most of the time. Maybe a supervisor or something but I doubt many platinums see down and dirty, day in and day out work.

Loved the raptor but understand, can't wait to see the mods!

Sorry to see it go. Should have PMed me... I would have taken it off of your hands

I've driven a few of those Platinum Fords and they are pretty sweet. Not a Raptor... but still very nice...
