Aston Martin Vanquish V12...
to me, the perfect blend of style, sophistication and performance.
I was driving next to a DB9 a few days ago on the highway and the sound of that engine was insane... I can only imagine what the V12 sounds like...

P.S. The DB9 has already a v12 engine.

ISO Grifo
DeTomaso Mangusta
Detomaso Pantera (early series)
Ferrari 365 GTB/4 (aka Daytona)
Ferrari 512 BB
Alfa Romeo Giulietta
Fiat Dino Spider
Just to name a few
Like some other people here I already drive on of my dream cars, in my case 2004 Alfa Romeo Spider 2.0 Litre JTS (916 series). I sold my other Alfa (156 TS Berlina) so I could get this Spider. Ofcourse the trade off is that I will end up driving some used bomber like a Cinquecento or Uno from Fiat but what the hell I got a nice ride for the summer and in Dresden parking a nice car is an open invitation for somebody to use the bumper car parking method on your nice ride.

-1961 DB5, in silver, hands down. The lines are classic, and just a beautiful overall car.
others would be;
-1963 corvette, in black. That split window is something I will never forget, I've been in love with that car forever.
-Aston Martin Vanquish V12 S, in black.
-599 GTB
-Pagani Zonda S
-1967 Shelby GT500
-RR Silver Seraph

Since the question asked about dream car (singular), I'll hafta say it is the Aston Martin DB9...

F430 Challenge Stradale (I could wait until it comes out)
Yes, I could have said any of the Ferrari super-cars [250 GTO, F40, F50(the hairdressers Ferrari), the 288 GTO or the Enzo] but I just have a soft spot for the current 8 pot Ferraris.
If I had to go cheaper the GT3RS or "even" the GT3, the one thing about the 911 GTX cars is you can drive them hard day after day and not break the bank.
