Should I sell the xBox?

I've been contemplating getting rid of some cars because I don't really need the extra expense. Right now, I have the xBox that I use everyday to go to work, I have the S2k that I use for those nice days, and I have my wife's X3 that I use once in a while. I also have the '66 Rustang I've been trying to restore but don't have the time or money to do it now.
If I got rid of the xB, I'd have to use the S2k to go back and forth to work, which wouldn't be so bad, but driving it everyday for me does tend to get painful, as I don't find it to be the most comfortable car to drive everyday, not to mention it's only a 3 season car for me. If I did use it for work, when the weather gets nasty, I would probably have something in my used inventory that I can use instead, which is what I was leaning more towards doing, but......
I was thinking to get rid of the xB and S2k, and replace both of them with an '07 Wrangler. I'd get the utility and convertability of both cars in the Wrangler. It's still a thought, but i'm waiting for the chance to test drive one in stick before deciding on that.
Being that I'm in the car business with access to many different kinds of cars, I tend to get sick of one, and get excited about another very quickly.
I saw the new xB coming out soon, I like what they did to it, especially an engine with some more juice, but don't like the fact that it's bigger because one thing I like about my xB is the fact that it parks damn near anywhere there's a tight spot.
I recently worked up some lease numbers for a customer on the new Mini, they look pretty good, maybe I'll get a Mini Cooper S instead, or maybe a VW GTI, the decisions are endless!
The old owner of my business is now in FL working for a used car dealer. He asked me the other day if I was looking to sell my car because he had a young kid that worked there and was looking for an xB to buy. I spoke to the kid, sent him some pics, he's interested in buying it and is now waiting for me to give him a price. I researched a little and found that people are selling the xB like mine for only slightly less than when it was brand new...It must be because of the limited edition status of it (I have the RS 2.0). I forgot how much I paid for it, but I do remember it was $16k-something. Autotrader has people advertising my car on average for $13k-$16k depending on miles (I have 18k miles on it). Click Here to see some that are for sale.
I'm confused....what should I do? Keep in mind, I don't want something that's very expensive, and I like something compact and "zippy", and definately not RWD, only FWD or AWD/4WD. It might make sense to get rid of it now before the redesign to get as much as I can for it...Problem is I really love this car....

For those that don't know what it looks like:

Shit.. I came in here thinking you were gonna sell your xbox 360.

Doesn't the xbox save you money on gas though? If it's easier on you, then yeah, the extra expenses would be nice.

I'd keep the xB and S2000, and sell the Mustang.

If you have someone seriously interested, do it, especially because it seems you have enough cars to tide you by until you make a desicion.

I've always loved the xB, and especially the Release Series 2.0. The 2.0 is the best color out of the RS's...

I think the xB makes an excellent winter better, and it's very utilitarian...

But, if you're thinking about selling it, it might be a good time. The xB has excellent resale value and with the mileage you've got on it, you'll probably get close to what you paid for it... With xB replacement around the corner, who knows where the resale will be headed...

I'd wait till the weather turns before you make a decision on getting rid of the s2K... once convertable weather returns you might regret getting rid of it...

Well, if I sell it, the money I make will go straight into my business...So I can forget about using that money to the '66....After all, the car is the "company vehicle", can't you tell? It's registered to my business, as is the S2k...

The S2K is the company mascot:

I thought you were using the XB for advertisement? Since I don't see any promotion on the XB I would sell it while the getting is good. You'll eventually get to the Rustang and S2K is perfect for those summer days. Sell the XB and get a VW Rabbit or something.

Funny thing about that is when I first got it, my wife wouldn't go in the car with me until I tinted the windows...Now that I told her I was considering selling it, she's grown attached to it and is almost telling me not to because she likes it, especially the convenience when we fit in those tiny spots...

That was the original idea, but it didn't go as planned, as the car still looks as you see it in the above pics...

of those 3 choices i'd let the xb go, since you'd break about even and there's a new one coming soon anyway. but do not DO NOT let that stang go.

Believe me guys, I really don't want to get rid of the Mustang, but I'm almost in a position to because it's a money pit. I should start a "save the Mustang" foundation on AZ, all you guys wanting me to finish it! ...For those that haven't seen it, it pretty much looks like this right now...I have a room filled with parts that still need to be installed too. The color of the car is "Midnight Blue Pearl" from Honda/Acura. The car as it is right now, aside from all the body work done, was only sprayed and cleared, still needs to be wetsanded, which is why there is a whole lotta orange peel going on:

The plates:

The Wheels (American Racing Torque Thrust II, Polished 17") I will need to put a negative wedge kit to get them to fit:

This is what it should look like when I win the lottery

The only difference with that car and mine is that I have the shelby rear end, with the fiberglass trunk with built in wing and end caps, as you see in the pictures above...

I have others, but it's in my old computer, and since i got the new laptop haven't had the chance to transfer everything as of yet..

Wow, and its a fastback. You have an interested buyer in CA if you, at some point, decide to sell it

There's plenty on the West Coast, you'd want a rustbucket from the EC? BTW, all the eaten rust is gone, there's only some surface rust on the floors and other bare metal that would sand right out...I changed all those panels long ago though..

I'm the kind of person that feels that they don't have to have the most expensive to feel like they have the best. My cars also give off a little bit of my character, as it does for others too. I'm pretty open minded, and could care less what people have to say about what I drive, as you can see on the license plate of my xB...

If that is what you ultimate plans are. I sprayed my Mustang with a color my body guy made himself and it looks great. After that I decided not to restore it to its original state, but add some modern stuff to it. I know it kills the original value, but I've been offered a hell of a lot more money than I thought I would get for the car. There is still a big market for the resto-mod cars.

The market is bigger than you think. People are getting more money for resto-mods than full oem cars, only because there are really too many oem cars out there. I chose the body color for the car and had it painted that way. My car wasn't oem when I bought it (It has a 302 from a '70 ford), it even had a T-10 3 speed manual tranny that I converted to a 4 speed toploader, I'm probably not done there, as I'm thinking to put a T-5 5 speed instead and convert the clutch to a hydraulic setup. I didn't plan on making it oem because I knew it would be too expensive to make it original. Regardless, I'd rather customize it to my liking anyway. In the world of restomods, there is truly no end...

If I were you, I'd sell the xB now, keep the S2k til the end of summer, then see what's what and decided from there.

...and for the love of God, keep that Mustang until you see it finished yourself!

I sold the xB....The transporter just picked it up to ship to FL...I'm pretty sad right now..... So now I'm down to 3 cars....

Wrangler X (With dual top)
Mini Cooper S (Mellow Yellow/Black top/interior)
Honda Fit (In that funky orange)

All 3 in stick...What would you do? I'm leaning more towards the FIT right about now...

I might wait a little to see the '08 Scion xB when it comes out, maybe I'll get that instead!
