I think the white's pretty hot fire actually. I guess I'd do the trade assuming his car was in equally nice condition and there was maybe a few bucks on the table. And he gets his dream car.

What improvements did they make for 08+? That's part of the equation too I guess.

When I lived in Austin I got to drive an Elise ('06, I think) & it had me hooked. I'd love to own one, but that'll be a while.

as far as your decision, I like the gray better and prefer the solid hard top of the exige to the replaceable one of the elise.

I'm not in such a rush to get it in the dead of the winter...My boy that has the car now, I am having him fix the 2 flaws on the car. This is the worst of it, and the only thing I can think of that caused this would be a speed bump, or he drove over something:

Figure I'll probably get it in a few weeks. I called the bank to make sure they received the payoff, and they got it, the account is closed. They said it takes 2 weeks to process before they can send me the title :wtf:, but whatever, it is what it is. Then I have to pay the seller the balance, which I'm trying to hold off as long as possible so I can accumulate a little more funds to cover it instead of pulling it out of my company funds..

What sucks is I like the dual exhaust setup like what I have now, but it won't work on a supercharged car, so I have to stick with a center exhaust through the diffuser, or a side exit exhaust. I like the look of the exposed exhaust, but not so much the side exit...

I like the exhaust I have now, but won't work becaue the piping is too small and will cause too much backpressure and loss of power if fitted on a supercharged car:

The Exige is the Elise's evil twin.
