Settle or opt out? Tranny date is looming.

Class Action Settlement Due Date is looming.
I think its Dec 11th.

Cliffnotes Honda/Acura offered +9K.
That means at 109K tranny warranty is done.
While HondAc not saying so, I am of the opinion that goodwill replacements at 109K + will either cease entirely or be very rare. I hope I'm wrong but we need to prepare.

Anyone have SOLUTIONS and LEGAL OPTIONS as to what to do?
Do nothing and you will have decided to accept settlement, that's how this rolls.

Will any other law firm be willing to rep those who opt out?
