Invest the money unless your mortgage % is very high.

Pay down or refinance mortgage, use rest of profit to come back to home for vaca. You can ride shotgun with me and we'll go cougar hunting. I hear they congregate in front of Neiman Marcus by the valet. Or we can go to one of those sketchy massage parlors you told me about.

There's tons of cougars in front of Neiman Marcus!!.. We can spit at the Valet and throw our trash at them as well to gain respect and make the cougars super wet.

Massage Parlor.. I would be willing to meet halfway in Vegas.

Serious note.. might be headed back to the aina for a few days in July after the wedding back home. Post-bachelor party?!

Never pay for the happy ending at the front counter. Negotiate it when you're on the table. Much better rates that way

Pay down the mortgage, put some cash in the bank and treat yourself to a lil vacay... Do it all. Yes I ditched my TL as I saw the drivers in it become a bit more ghetto as this car is affordable used.

Majofo: You forgot the small, Lesbaru crowd here

I say get a reliable car instead. The mortgage, with 10K, won't make much of a dent.
