Guys,
Question...I just bought an Integra as a second go-around car. Well, In a nutshell I just got a job in the city so I will be taking the train instead of driving so I want to get rid of the Integra BUT I recently registered the car with the NY DMV and knowing NY DMV, its going to take atleats 6-8 weeks. Is there a way to sell the car without the title? Forms? Etc...Any help would be helpfull....

 

Who would buy a car without seeing the title??? Of course it's possible, but not very smart if you're the buyer.

 

Nobody but the question here is that I am looking for a way to speed up the process or different forms that may be available to transfer the vehicle over to a new owner without getting the new title back yet. I am going to call the DMV tommorow but if anyone has some that would be great!

 

My mom had lost her title. Her and the buyer went to the DMV together to complete the transaction. However, your car was just registered in NY for the first time? FYI, I'm in Florida so it will vary.
