Schumacher caught speeding on the highway

F1 star Michael Schumacher was caught speeding off the track near his hometown of Kerpen, Germany. Driving his Audi Cabriolet, Schumacher was fined 75 euros ($107 USD) and received three points on his license.

Schumacher was pulled over in a 100kmh (62 mph) zone going 140kmh (87 mph) according to German media.

“I’m really sorry, it is out of character for me. Speeding is for the race tracks only,” he told German newspapers.


While that was really genuine of him to say - we feel if you’re Schumacher, you should’ve been caught going at least 187 mph.

I think he really is sorry, and understands that speed zones in Germany are there for a reason. If you've never been there, some sections of the Autobahn have a "suggested" limit, and country roads, even unmarked, have a limit (140 Kph).

He probably was entering a built up area and there was a remote camera. He received a ticket in the mail, went to the nearest Sparkasse or Vierienesbank (2 German Banks) and paid it. Just a hunch.

 

Judging by the outfit hes wearing in the picture, I think its safe to say :ghey:

 

I would have expected a lot more from him with regards to his car and the speed.

 

yeah and had he killed someone in your family while doing so i bet you would change your tune fast.

 

I'm sure he goes much faster when romps in that Audi. This time, he was caught cruising.

 

I really doubt as a 7 time F1 world champion he gets any thrills driving his Audi Ghey4 Cabriolet.

 

Can you imagine him getting pulled over?

Cop: "what's your problem, you think youre a racecar driver or something?"

Him: "uh......"

 

I hope he still has a pit crew... he's gonna need it.

comment #1:what the hell an Audi. the dude has crazy money he can swing for a AMG Benz or M3 o M5. Audis are okay but not as cool as AMGs or M line.

yes you are correct. but this(Audi) may be his family hauler cause he does have a wife and a kid or 2( i forget exactly how many)
since Ferrari doesn't make a 4 door this might be his family hauler.
wife might have told him to take the boys and go pick up some milk and bread at the super market .
