I mean, a quadrifoglio has a six cylinder Ferrari engine in it. Amazing.

Even reg Alfa maintance seems a little more costly compared to others.
dealers here want $300 for an oil change. I get one free. But I need to find a shop that has the special reset tool.

From what I've read, maintenance costs vary widely, depending on the dealer. Certainly more expensive than my Acuras

Met up with a friend for lunch in Burbank. I took Sepulveda home to hit the super twisties and yup. There is just no disappointment. This suv just sticks and asks for more. I just swooped through the turns. And then on the way down made a fast hard right to get back on the freeway and it’s grabbed the road and went where I pointed it. Love this thing.

I assumed you meant the Alpha, not the IS250. Rockon, man!

This thread is all about the Alfa...not a 13 year old Lexus!

my post was convincing!
I know, brother...
glad you are enjoying it.
You don't need 2...just enjoy swapping with the wife
while being responsibly prudent and getting good gas
mileage and being trouble free on your other vehicle.
Being that you're a badass and on the West Coast I'm a little
surprised you don't have a bike.

First year included on both--after, more... Again, prices vary from what I've read; however, I suspect it will be close to this:
1 Year or 10,000
6-Cylinder – $349.95
2 Year or 20,000
Perform the 10,000-Mile Service PLUS:
6-Cylinder – $499.95
3 Year or 30,000
Perform the 10,000-Mile Service PLUS:
6-Cylinder – $529.95

...and so on. It sucks that I'll be doubled up.
1 Year or 10,000
- Replace engine oil and filter
- Check battery charge status
- Check tire condition/wear/pressure
- Check operation of exterior lights
- Check and top up fluids
- Check engine control system operation (via diagnostic tool)
- Check position and wear of front windshield wiper blades
- Visually inspect condition and wear of front and rear disc brake pads and operation of pad wear indicators
- Brake disc wear status check with diagnostic tool
- Visually inspect surface and edges of brake discs
- Visually inspect the condition and tensioning of the accessory drive belt
- Replace cabin air filter
6-Cylinder – $349.95
2 Year or 20,000
Perform the 10,000-Mile Service PLUS:
- Visually inspect condition of exterior bodywork, underbody protection, pipes and hoses (exhaust, fuel system, & brakes), rubber elements (sleeves, bushings, etc)
- Check cleanliness of hood and luggage compartment locks, cleanliness, and lubrication of linkage
- Replace air cleaner cartridge
- Replace brake fluid
6-Cylinder – $499.95

The dealer also said the intervals can change based on how you drive it. So you drive in D mode all the time (which I do) and drive hard (which I do) you might need an oil change in 7k miles.

Holy crap, that's expensive for a car like an Alfa. With their reputation for reliability, this isn't doing them any favors either. $250 for an oil change and quick look around is absurd lol.

Honestly I would like electric...but now I dont think anything will have the same driver feeling of the alfa. Not in my price range. I just love driving this thing.

my dealer sent me an email
all their base stelvios and guilias for BF are $199 a month. $1500 down for the stelvio and $1000 for the guilia. Great prices. I’m not biting but man I hope their crazy deals continue whenever I decide I’m ready. Or when my current lease is up.

Funny. The gopedal has been on sale for $279. So it’s an extra $10 off. The power pack is an extra $80. Decisions decisions. Probably stupid to spend that for 22 more months and have a hard time reselling it.

Ordered the gopedal. Really wanted to get the whole stage 1 but can’t spend the money right now.

My original hemming and hawing wasnt about getting the go pedal...it was getting the full on stage 1, which is $750 right now. As much I would love a little extra juice...I think the pedal will be the thing that takes care of my one gripe with the car.

And yeah I miss cables, too. Throttle response is probably the number gripe on any newer drive by wire car.
