Sad to say, but the TSX is gone

Well i've been lucky enough that my parents bought me an Acura TSX but now that I'm going to Indiana University next year my dad decided to get rid of my car as there is no point in having it sit around. So he replaced it with a sports car that he can drive while i'm away and that I can drive when I come back on break.

A 2004 bmw M3. Black with Red Leather.

Not to be unsupportive, but if I wanted to read about how great BMWs are compared to Acura TSX's, I would be over at Bimmerforums.

My Dad recently traded up from his Mazda Miata Special Edition to ... a leased Pontiac G6.
Well, at least my brother can drive it now.

He didn't by chance get that from Joe Rizza Acura in Orland Park, did he? I saw the exact same car sitting there the other night. Black w/ red interior. 2004 with 5k miles. $50K.

haha, thats what im thinking ^

a way to get around the misses as an excuse to get a sports car.

my parents have NOOO idea how to drive stick. i dont even think they know what a clutch is. it would be awesome if my parents had a sports car and i would be able to take it out.

the CL-P i have now, was bought from my father. so you can see he cares nothing about speed.

he says to the salesman- "why would anyone get a Type-S. this thing already has 225 Hp! are people trying to kill themselves these days"

That's the one. My dad is good friends with the sales manager as we've bought 7 acuras from there so he got a really good deal.

Believe me, I won't. This thing has so much power. I've actually got to detail it cause the porter put some ginormous size swirls in the paint and I don't have a PC so that's going to be a full days work especially since it's Jet Black.

Basically. This supplements his RL which is his daily driver.

Hey man. I'm sorry if you're offended but I didn't start a thread about how BMWs are great compared to TSX's. I started it simply saying that my TSX is gone in place of an M3. An Acura TSX is one of the best cars i've driven and in someways I like it even better than the M3. It's gearbox is second to none except probably to an S2000 which i've never driven and the way the engine revs so freely in the TSX is something the M3 can't do as smoothly. Plus the six disc cd changer, and how good it handles for being FWD even with the crappy all season Michelins the car comes with are things that car does well. I'm not here to bash the TSX at all. The TSX is one of the best cars i've ever driven IMO and I would never tell any person interested in getting a TSX to not get one.

That's one of the painters. We got the whole house painted cause the previous owners had tacky wallpaper up everywhere and we finally got around to getting it removed 3.5 years later.

ha

that's crazy

I was just there on Monday and saw it... When I ran into it, it was closing time, so I couldn't take it for a spin.

A bit off topic, but... Considering you've bought 7 cars from Rizza, how has the service been? This will be my first experience there. I've heard good things.

Joe Rizza's service is pretty good IMO but we've only gotten our cars serviced there a couple of times because we live 28 miles away. When you go there to get your car serviced talk to Pete Pishos the sales manager, his desk is in the left corner with his name on the office window. Just tell him that either Jag or Arjan Singh sent you and he'll take care of you. We actually got the car on monday and I might have unknowlingly saw you there.

Make sure you remind your old man to sell it before the E90 M3 is released in about 1.5-2 years... the day it comes out, you eat 10k on the car. Don't wanna do that.

The E46 M3 is an excellent car. Enjoy it on your break

You obviously have no idea about the pricing of M3s. THey don't lose their value like regular cars, even the 1989 M3s are still 8-9k for a car with 100k miles.

Nice car  Good luck with it, and have fun.
