Sad Day, parting with a loved one.

No nothing died on me. I just decided to sell one of my motorcycles. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and won’t be able to ride any time soon. Plus with having a daughter I thought I might try to stay alive for her.

So off goes my 2001 R1. It’s going to suck when I see it leave, but I still have my other motorcycle a 2004 Road Star Warrior. It’s more of a cruiser and will be a lot easier on my shoulder when I can start ridding again.

Gotta get rid of those 207's and get some Metzlers! ;-) Great looking bike. I'm sorry you've got to say goodbye!

I feel ya. I sold my '07 CBR600RR a couple of weeks ago. I'm down to one; my beloved '07 GSX-R600. I'm holding on to this one, though.

Heal up quickly and get back on two wheels.

I used to ride a lot on the streets then just started doing track days. Took the R1 to Laguna a couple of times, but I ended up just buying a track bike. It was Yamaha R6. That thing could could around the track so damn fast for a 600.
