Hello guys!
i need your opinions. My brother is looking for a new vehicle in a couple of month. He has been shopping around for a new car under 50k OTD, and seems he narrow down to either S4 or 530i.
But still he isn't 100% satisfied with either. Since AUDI is coming with new B7, kinda worry about looking outdated even though new one looks fugly in the pic. and BMW might get upgrade of its current engine to new one with 255 hp in near future. Also doesn't like its terrible rear view of 530i.
Would you care being outdated? Would you care S4's going to be terrible resale value?

I don't see how you can actually compare those two. A better comparison would be an M3 or S4.

Personally, I'd get a used E39 M5 and combine the best of both worlds. $.02

 

i would go for the S4 too
