Rusting Lugnut Question

My lugnuts on my 97 Accord LX are starting to rust kinda inside. This car is not like a supercar etc so it doesn't have to be perfect but I haven't really seen lugs do this and I am wondering if I should just go buy some new ones before they start leaking rust all over my rims. They are locking lugs and here are some pics.

it's just surface rust, but yeah those lug nuts could use to be replaced.

Whenever I rotate my tires I always put on some WD40 on the threads...seems to keep the rust away.
