The logo (wings) has a natural tendency to lift, like the ones on airplanes.. it retract so to limit the lift, which increases the traction and grip.

I've actually read that the angel ("Winged Victory") retracts into the hood when the car is parked in order to prevent it from getting stolen. Apparently, it's an item of choice for thieves.

Saw it done at a local car show last year.
Also, you get push button rear door open/close...
Lil' slot for your umbrella in the door so that you don't get wet...
Side leather seating on the rear side of rear doors so that you can turn and face the other person while talking...
The features go on and on...

BTW, slightly tangent... Did everyone hear the story out of BMW? Supposedly, they are considering building more cars to the RR lineup... based mostly on existing BMW mechanicals... rumors are flying left and right that RR will be a full line of luxury cars... that's right, cars based on 3-series, SUV, smaller sedans...

Let's all thank BMW ahead of time for watering down a perfectly regal brand...

Junkster, who wonders if Bangle will head the design team for those cars... ewww

Ghetto people like to stick them on the hood of their early-90s Pontiacs and Buicks.

Did I just say that?
