Agreed to $15K but after looking at the market I didn't want him to

a year and almost a half and 20K miles...new axles, alternator and
battery...rebuilt the ps pump...new tires...

Funny, I mentioned you to J this morning...I was like, yeah putting gas
in the tank and I waxed it for him. She's like...jeez...are you going to
pay his insurance too? I was like...naw but my buddy online says I
am too nice and offer too many handjobs.
1.5 years and 20k miles with that much work put in? I think $15k would have been more than fair...

Probably user error or something.

Anyway...in a twist of fate, the 'Burban is here to stay.
Ody is gone...sold to a good friend with his 2nd kid born 5 weeks ago. Co-worker mentioned
to this friend that was looking for an Ody that I was selling mine. Brought it over for his wife and kid to see and
made the deal happen.

Got up at 4am to clean it and wax it and fill it up one last time.

So dumb rs gets to keep the 'burban and all his toys
Congrats, I guess.

Until the AC goes to shit.

6 months ago I would have agreed...even the consignment guy had some program he pays a lot of money for
to show where you stack up in the country based on VIN and current sales. Even at 14 it was in the top 2% most expensive
at 13 it was like top 60%...I looked at the ones within 100 miles and 15 was on the higher end.

Plus, at the end of the day...it's just money...at 15 he felt like maybe 2012 and 100K was a bit steep...at 14 he felt good about it....
friendship over money, for sure...I went to his wedding and everything so although we haven't hung much recently...we're close.
Plus, passing along the work I've done for a friend with a growing family had value to me too.

ur such a bitter.
if i had known, I would have forced Chad to send you those CF pieces (I have them back again now BTW)
and begged him not to try and make you swing.

I appreciate your well wishes! So far, no troubles with AC in any GM I've had. Not sure why I'd expect otherwise because
of your shitty luck! I wish you equal luck on not getting cracks on that used dash that is for sure going to crack at some point
because they all do! Do you need a link to your thread? You stopped sharing or posting or responding! Don't be a taker!

Damn hater! LMAO...not even sure why he got snooty with me.
After basically saying I was a liar when I said I did not coerce Chad into
sending me those pieces...I've been more polite to him than I have to
others that have made such an egregious claim! I told that motherfucker
to get his money and send those pieces to Gatr. Not my fault he wanted
to see me nekkid!

I'm not mad at all about the CF parts. I forgot about that.

Yeah, heater cores might be the same. Dissimilar metal corrosion in the heater core.

The cool thing about these is that they can come equipped with an optional manual transmission!

naw...I was wrong...it was 12 then...I couldn't remember which but I figured if it was that hard I would bypass
and not miss it. I was wrong...in the mornings to clear up the windshield it's kind of necessary. Oh well...
hoping this one won't have the same fate.

Okay well it turned out rather well...I'm happy with it.
Although the wheels don't have TPMS in them
No biggy...they are cheap enough.

Spent most of Saturday cleaning up the undercarriage
and inside the fender wells...took the brakes apart and lubed
them. Painted calipers and rotor hats. Took weight adhesive off,
waxed and installed center caps on the new wheels.

offsets are 3mm more aggressive

I really had no way of knowing, man.
I bought the set off this old Military Black dude (Kev's Dad, prolly) that had slapped some 24's on his Escalade.
He was like, "what's a TPMS?...I don't know, I dropped off the truck with the stocks and picked it up from the rim
shop with the new wheels on and the old ones in the trunk"
At $1300 with brand new Eagle sport on it, I took the chance. I was going to gank the TPMS out of my stocks
but then the next guy is in a similar predicament. Found a set of AC Delco legits on ebay for $47 shipped for
all 4...just need to have them popped in.

Still waiting on this ribbon connector that goes bad on the overhead TV to come in along with a new passenger side
magneride sensor. The dealer that sold it to me ordered those for me on him.

I though about it too, Maj...if Magnaride shits, I'll probably buy the bypass modules and throw some regular shocks in that ho.
