Rock Chips due to Paving need Help

Well, last night coming home I was going up 95 through Stamford and Darien to get to my exit and they were paving that section of the Highway. They were paving the left and center lanes first, and then right as I came through they switched lanes so that they routed traffic over the freshly paved two left lanes. As a result I had a bunch of hot asphalt and tar stuck to my tires and then when I got home (we have a gravel driveway) I drove up the driveway slowly, but thanks to the asphalt managed to chip my paint in numerous spots due to pieces of gravel being thrown from my tires. So now I need to know if you guys know of any good touch-up paint, or if you recommend I should go to a paint shop. The chips are along both sides of the car, not very large, but when I run my finger over them you can definitely feel them in the paint. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, is it possible that I could complain to ConnDOT and possibly get some compensation from them, or would that just be a joke?
