rl still shakes after balancing

i took my car in b/c of shaking brakes and car shaking also.
they cut down the rotors and rebalanced the tires at no charge.but i still have a vibration at around 80+. i also have this weird feeling in the steering wheel sometimes. it feels like there is some resistance while i am doing u turns or going onto onramps or pulling out of parking spots. sometimes if the car is stopped and i turn the wheel w/o moving it almost feels like the rack is going.

if you have ever had a car in the wintertime that has a bad rack and you try to turn the wheel, it gives you resistance and you can feel that in the wheel.

well i feel that a little in my car. i have brought it up to them but next time i will get in the car and show them.

is that something that they should try and correct even though i like to travel at 80+.

i also think it could be the set of tires, and once they are replaced it may go away. they are still at 75%

help

you may have a bad tire or a flat spot on a rim.

did they rotate the tires? was the vibration exactly the same before and after the rebalance?

Then it's definately a bad tire or rim.

Now the fun part is figuring out which one it is.
