Rim Repair Shop Question

I had a shop mount and balance a new set of rims, they ended up damaging on balance, fading the paint finish on one of the four, and nicking another. They finally agreed to do a repaint on the wheels (strip/paint/clear), using this place, http://www.fixrim.com. Anyone have any experiences with this?

i made that very clear, i asked them how will i know you sanded down and repainted all the wheels? he said 'again, it's the final product that we're talking about, you will buy off on it at the end' makes it seem pretty suspicious, anyway that i can know for sure that the wheels are all being sanded down and repainted? scratching them up or something? hah
