Rear ended . . .
no injuries and little damage, and of course no insurance or license. Sitting at a red light minding my own business, I love SoCal! Guessing $1000.00+ for new bumper cover/paint. At least I have no deductible on the uninsured motorist coverage. End of rant.

So what happens to someone with no insurance or Lic in CA ?

Can you do after him for anything ?
