Rear bumper Problem

Hey Guys, I am looking to get some advice on My car. My Rear bumper on the side seems to be sticking out a bit, and I need to get it fixed Just dont know if Its Just one part or the whole bumper.

we dont know either.
you'll have to investigate the bumper and the bumper clips.
something that we cant do over the internet.
