I am selling my car today. I just went to my bank, paid the balance, got the lien release, yadda yadda yadda. My question is, do I give the buyer the actual title that has the Lien on it? Or do I keep it? Quick response is appreciated.

If you paid the balance, there is no lien on it...

Yes, when you sell a vehicle, you sign the title over to the buyer.
