Question for all the Car gurus.......

kinnda off topic, but I was wondering who made a tranny cooler for the 2003 accord coupe V6? Is the comptech tranny cooler universal? will it fit this car? if not then which tranny cooler should I buy?

call up Garage Kwai, they can make a custom oil cooler for you. Pretty cheap too and they are located near you.

Any universal one you find in the parts stores will work (as long as you get one that size wise will fit where you plan on putting it)

Comptech’s good.

Whatever you do, just don't use RL High-Temp ATF in your Honda AT unless you add Lubegard Black or Platinum at 1oz/qt to a non Honda ATF. The RL High-Temp ATF is too thick for normal driving and does not contain the needed friction modifiers for a Honda transmission. If you're going to use a syn ATF, use Amsoil, or use RL D4 ATF or M1 ATF and add either Lubegard Black or Platinum at 1oz/qt of fluid replaced. The 03 Accord V6 AT is one of the more problematic ones I believe, so it may be best to stick with Honda ATF.
