While shopping with my wife and daughter at Bridgewater Commons today, there was a base XC60 on display. Though the MSRP on that model is ($40,555 ), it really is a good looking crossover inside and out.

He got a minivan. That's my story and I'm sticking to it until I see evidence otherwise.

So, like...a little Gundam got bored of the little red car in the house...

So, he decided to go out and explore the rest of Yumcha's house and discovers something new...in a white suit...

Anyhoo...my new angry fishmobile. Yes, I decided to pick up the gas-guzzling fuel-inefficient FX50S.

And yes, I was busy all yesterday and most of today driving it around and playing with the gadgets. Sorry for the delay on pics!

Congratulations Henry! She's quite a looker indeed!

Make sure you enjoy once in a while stomping on that V8 to remind yourself why you didn't opt for fuel economy.

Black interior.

Upgrades, probably not. Unless you count winter tires and maybe some sort of cargo containers as upgrades.

We picked up the loaded model with the NAV, Tech, and Sport packages...

Exclamation The real story....

The keys are right next to the sac on the mantle, above the fireplace:

Yummy: Can I take the FX tonight?

Wife: Sure, but the nuts stay at home.

Yummy: Um, all the guys are bringing theirs.

Wife stares at her man and looks

Yummy takes the keys and goes to the door knowing who wears the pants.

Seriously, hope it fits the needs other than going fast.

With taxes and some extra stuff I purchased outside of the model trim (i.e. mats and this thing called the "Smart" program), it worked out to be $76,002.15 CDN.

Downpayment was about $35K.*

I own a nightclub and my "wife" is a doctor.

Company mad scientist is the unofficial title...

And yeah, having double income does help.

And as for getting married, my advice is this: elope. You'll have more to use as downpayment for your car.
