well what do you think the insurance comp would give him if the m3 was considered to be a write off. The replacement value of that M3 right, then he can take buddy to court and sue for punitive damages etc...

One of my friends brought this up as we were looking at this. Does anyone really know this guy? Isn't it possible that he could've made up this whole story and he just wanted to get rid of this car through totaling it? By making the entire destruction seem like it was personal, he could easily get money from the insurance company and get a new car. It's highly unlikely but my friend brought that point up.

Either way, that's one messed up BMW.
