My dad went to a nissan dealer yesterday with a friend, asked about the 350Z, the salesman said he filled out the order form for one already. So my dad and his friend decided to pre "pre order" one also. hehe since the offical pre order date is still not known yet. He pre- preordered a Enthusiast MSRP $30,258.00 , automatic with Aerodynamics Package. My dad put down super black while his friend put down for a Le Mans Sunset. The salesman said even though he cant hand in the order forms till later, we'll be on top of the list in case theres a waiting list or something.

Do you the 350Z is 2 seater or 4 seater? I may want to get 350Z instead if it is 4 seater. But i have never see any pic of the back seat.

It's hard to believe there's no waiting list. I called a dealer here yesterday who's list was 70 deep and they weren't taking anymore deposits.

 

well you cant just go to any dealer, go to the ones in rich neighborhood. Where people wont even look at nissans. I dont know exactly which one my dad went to, but there are some that not many people go to. Plus you know about waiting list, you can always pay ur way through the top.

 

plus my dad is on the order list, i guess they have an est. on how many they are going to get. Lets say they est. in getting 20, the first 20 to put a deposit is on the order list, any more would be on waiting list.

 

I heard from the floors of the LA auto show that the official preorder will start April 02

 

I thought my dad said he woudl probably get it by march-april? or did he mean the lexus.... oh well he just left for a business trip, gues i'll ask when he gets back
