I voted wheels b/c they look soooooooooooo good... heck it looks like you get an extra 20 hp just by adding them... very unique lookin ride...taken to the next level...

And still no decisions yet, the dude with the wheels has someone local interested in them but he having a hard time coming up with the money to pay for it, so i'll know soon if the wheels are still available or not.

That's like choosing between ass and tits. I'd go for the one you use more, so that would be ass, I mean power. I guess if you really want them then go for the wheels because you said it's hard to get them. You could always wait for just a set of wheels only though, that way you can get the tires of your choice and not have to swap all the time.

get the wheels! the mini cooper isn't exactly a beast on the road performance wise, so i wouldnt upgrade performance unless you were getting major gains!
im either all go, no show...but in this case in a car i would never buy because <200HP, get wheels!
