This is what it looked like when I drove it home from the dealer almost four years ago (and subsequently joined AZ), and with the exception of an exhaust, it's what it looks like now (selling my RJ's).

The tips were on the car when I bought it. I grew accustomed to them. There are lots of things to buy for an NSX besides tips Low priority for me.
