Ok guys I'm seriously stressing out my passenger side headlight is pick I just found out in this forum that means it's about to go out. I have no idea how much or where to find a bulb. Is it a bulb or is it the ballast aswell? I found a pair of headlights on auto parts wear house for 41 dollars for a pair buuuuut it doesn't seem like those are gonna last that long. PLEASE HELP ME OUR HERE GUYS IDK WHAT TO DO!!!

 

Ahh, a little more info? Model? Year? Projectors or reflectors?

As for what to do, I would try search

 

I think it's the ballast that is failing if you have "pink eye" though I wouldn't go and replace it unless someone else confirms that theory.

 

More than likely the bulb is on its way. Ballast should still be good

 

If passenger side is pink and driver side is not, then that means driver side is good, right?

Swap the driver side bulb with the passenger side bulb. Is the passenger side bulb still pink? If not, it's the bulb. Go buy a set of new bulbs. If it is pink, it's the ballast. Go buy a new ballast.

 

Pink Headlight? From my experience the bulb is ready to go. It will stop sooner than later. Buy at ebay. Phillips or Osram 4300K. Depending on the model and year, you will need D2S or D2R.

In my case I replaced both at the same time.

The ballast should still be good. A good way to check is to switch the bulbs around. Driver to Passenger side and vice versa.
