It is not a bad looking car. Play nice, guys. I'm sure there are plenty of American Muscle car guys out there that rag on the NSX for being a V-6, of course a V-6 that hauls balls, but still
I'm with Titand, I like the exhaust also.

believe it or not, Saleen advertises the V-8 packages, but has v6 performance packages by request as well. On some mustang sites there are some 300 whp v6's with forced induction running around.

Actually, he did go to a SALEEN show, and steve saleen liked his car, also personally SIGNED his dashboard! He sat down and talked to him too!

i think that mustang looks pretty cool, not a big fan of white rims but it kinda fits it..

Wow, I didn't even know you guys kept bumping this thread??? Anyways, such hatred?? I mean it was originally a SHOW CAR. Then I saw power3dfx (who got a s/c) And got kinda jealous of his power. So I hopped on the wagon and got a s/c also. I don't regret anything on my car, nor do I regret buying a V6. My insurance is $450 a month, yeah $450 not a type-o. I was about to sign for a GT, but didn't want to deal with the $$ of the insurance. Its been APPROVED, and SIGNED by steve saleen and I have the original Saleen Plaque that you can't buy anywhere engraved with my vin# and vehicle #, which ultimatly makes my car an ORIGINAL SALEEN. Wheather it be a V8 or not, I could care less. Ive gotten much prop's from all mustang groups, regardless of displacement size. I just wanted to see what you guys would say, and thanks for the opinions.
Ohh, and for ya'll that THINK its slow, it hangs with STICK 99-02 Cobra's which is good enough for me.
Id like to see some of ya'll doing that. The only one Ive seen personally is the turbo'd CL-S allmotor_2000 , which has an increadible car. Im sure there are a couple of you who can, but most of you trash talk when your car is just as slow as mine, if not slower

The Ford dealer 3 miles from my house has about 6 of those. They are pretty hot in person. There is a wheel and brake upgrade that he may not have.
Regardless, I still think it looks good. I did not know it was a V6. That is surprising.

YOU WASTE OF LIFE! instead of spending 5 grand on boosting the 6 why wouldn't you just get the 8 or even better off...instead of spending all that money on the saleen conversion plus the blower on the 6 you could've gotten a REAL SALEEN

Ive spent 3.4 grand on the entire supercharger kit on my car, and its only temporary. I will sell the kit soon, and I will drop a built V8 in it. Thats all that needs to be said.

Sorry buddy. I make more crank horsepower than the '03 Cobra is rated (400hp vs 390hp) and soon I will be making about 50 horsepower less at the WHEELS than a stock '03 Cobra makes at the crank.
