Pictures of My Car, Not an Acura...
Hello, Your probably asking what is a stang driver doing on an Acura board. My friend has a TL-Supercharged, he comes on this site, and wanted to get other perspectives and not just mustang drivers. Anyways Ive always liked to see fixed up CL's and I think there are many really nice ones around here as well. Here are some pictures of my car, any feedback?

Not trying to be a dick (well sorta am) but why would you take a V6 stang and try to make it look like a Saleen?

Well I thought something was odd when he wouldnt list all the mods. I mean most who post pics would list their mods right away if they were asked (even if it was a lot). Hell he couldnt even give us the basics.

If it is a S/C V6 thats cool and all but take off all that Saleen shit. Doesn't seem right IMO. Not a bad lookin car though. Had me fooled.

the saleen kit looks badass on any stang from that generation i think. white wheels im not a fan of though. but yea the s281e rear fascia/exhaust might have to go until you get some even better engine mods to back it up! overall pretty clean though. go, then show

I'll bet you guys didnt know those are Cobra tailliights too......thats how I knew it wasnt real.
I think the Saleen bodykit is nice, but all the graphics make it seem like you're tryin to make it something its not.

everyone settle down. yes it is a v6, but at least it is blown. It should easily hang with any auto cls with i/h/e
from what i know, he should be getting more boost soon with an IC, and that should definately get him low 14s/high 13's
One other thing, if you actually add up all the money spent on this car, it could of been much quicker. Insurance for this guy would be through the roof if it wasnt a v6.
Last thing that i see he didnt answer since he probably doesnt check here often. performance mods as far as i know:
Vortech SC V1 at 7 lbs of boost
Gauges
Intake
Full exhaust, and that center exhaust is not cheap!
cobra brakes with 13" drilled rotors
tokico springs/shocks, soon to have coilovers in the front though
headers
new rear end, off a Gt or cobra, i forget which one
some chip to tune the car
dyno: 250 rwhp
Im pretty sure the ic and more boost are still going on:
after that we should see a good 40-50 hp increase
Overall, i think if he can at least hang with a 01 cobra, the car would be ideal.
