they are a bad knock-off, they are trying to be F40 wheels and failing hard.

LOL at the talk of them being knock-offs.

They're throwbacks done in honor, not cheap alternatives to the OEMs.

lol thats kind of what i was trying to get at. knock-off was lack of a better word type thing. dont like the way they look but its a quality wheel.

These don't seem special afterwards, but these were at my last auto-x event and was nice to see them drive.

I was out with the fam getting ice cream about an hour ago and saw this Richard Hammond-approved Morgan Three Wheeler. I know very little about Morgans but after some brief photo analysis I believe this to be the new one.

Was in South Beach last week, pretty sure the GT3 I've seen before down there.

The LOCAL MOTORS car was pretty cool.


My brother has premiere status with Avis so he reserved me a 740 to drive down there. That was great to have although having a nice BMW in Miami Beach is kinda overkill, latest iDrive works pretty well but the BMW nav still needs better GUI. None the less, a 740 has incredible performance for a car of it's type.

My sister in law got a new Explorer Sport, also pretty cool tech and Ford has come a long way in the past decade.

it is so obvious ford is just trying to do a range rover sport copy. All their styling ques now seem to come from range rover and aston martin

Welcome to South Beach. Be very careful with Beach police. Quick to shoot (seriously). They just tased and killed a 14 year old kid that was running away. Plus lots of DUI checkpoints. Honestly I try to avoid that area.

Thx, that happened the day before we got there and was in all the media. Pretty sad story for a 14 year old graffiti artist to die from being tasered while running away.

My brother has lived in South Beach for past 4 years, but he also spent 20+ years living in Manhattan so he's used to aggressive LEO's.

Overall I like the area besides all the exotic cars there's a cool vib, some great sights on the beach, and warm clear water.

The cops are fine, I lived at the top of south beach and never had issues. Don't commit crimes, don't worry.

Oh, leave on urban weekend or whatever it's called.

I agree on both counts. I've worked in South Beach for 5 years. Even got pulled over with about 10 uniforms and detectives asking me question because I had a car that "matched a description". I didn't bat an eyelash because I was respectful to them as they were to me. I have family and friends that are LEO's so definitely not a cop basher. Just warning him is all since I don't know him and some people have tempers.

+1, although firm the cops are fair and not biased from what my brother's seen (who's lived there since 09).

By mistake my oldest daughter was down there for urban beach weekend with some college friends for R&R. Kinda crazy in the mid-town section but fortunately quiet in the south end.
