Fantastic 997 GT2, R! Great yellow accents on the mirrors and I agree on the clutch. I knew an old PCA instructor that daily drove a 996 GT2 for four years and I can't imagine how it felt. It's one of the most pop mods that GT2 owners get into right away. By comp, the GT3 feels different and much less truck-like.

They look like BBS FI's although I could be mistaken.

20x8.5 in the front; 245/30/20.
20x12 in the rear; 325/25/20.

Short story. There is a warehouse behind my townhome complex that was vacant until recently. Been noticing construction going on for the past few months. Today I get home from work and get a peek inside and it is full of ultra rare cars, about 20 or so I would guess. The owner happened to be standing right near the back door and he actually came out and talked to me. He said it was his private collection, the place looked beatiful inside, picture like nice car museum look. One of the cars I took notice to next to his 458 he had a 599XX. He told me he just got back from a track in Italy and he was having Ferrari send it to England next month to go romp around on a track over there. I should have asked for a tour but there is a giant metal gate with spikes in between the rear of my complex and his warehouse. He said nobody is allowed in for public viewing but maybe I can talk him in to letting me in next time and perhaps get some pics.

TL;DR Some uber rich guy has a warehouse full of supercars right behind my house.

So I am not an expert on the 458 but I assume the different wheels means they are different model years? Or are they just available with different wheels. I am used to seeing the ones on the left.

Also still trying to get pics of the warehouse behind my house. I think the guy is out of town though.

^^^ not sure, but the red one seems to have less rear wheel gap too. and the rims are "sportier"...perhaps its a package.

BTW - silver 458s are pretty damn rare. looks great, IMO
