Philly Auto Show Review......

Went to the Lexus section first.

IS300:
eh. Ok i guess, a bit small for a car that costs that much and leather is not a standard option. However, the leather they put into the car is nice. The sport wagon was cool and i don't know what they used on the doors but it felt like suede.....very nice.

Benz:
C32. TOOOOOO SMALL!!!!!! For a sedan that costs 50k the car is way to small. I'm 5'9'' 195lbs so not big but not small. Interior was ok, i expected more from a car that costs that much. Seats were not comforatable.

S-class
I WANT!!!!! It's absolutely huge!!!!!! So comfortable. Front seats and back. Back seats......very big, perfect for the :-*

f'n 5min edit feature

E-class:
not bad but seats didn't feel as nice as the s class.

Infiniti q45:
NIce design. I thought there would be more room inside. One cool feature.....the back seats recline so you can actually take a nap VERY COOL

jaguar xjr:
NICE Very pimp. No navigation....for a car that costs that much, navi had better be included.

Audi:
Too plain. A8, The interior seems a bit spartan for me. Seats were too hard. I can't believe they didn't have an s4.

BMW:
Wow hehe shit those are nice cars. Seats are hard. I don't know how comfortable it'd be as a daily driver. One thing that almost had me trading in the CLS is the buttery-smooth manual stick setup. I could shift with my pinky and not have trouble.

m5:
Engine is very very nice. Interior is eh but i'm not buying the car for the interior.

740:
big, room, not bad but i'd like to have the v8 put out more than 290 hp.

M3:
That car is nice. Hell, i might even get an M3 for the next car

Acura:

Nothig new. ALTHOUGH, when the sales guy was talking to another person i heard him say that the reason why Acura didn't put the SS in the RSX-S is because Acura knows that the transmission can not handle the power and they's why you can only get the type-S in a 6MT.

Honda s2000:

Porshce:
GT2. I have never seen such a nice car. I had goosebumps as i approached the car. Man, I was watching the car go round and round on the platform for about 20mins. I molested that car like there was no tomorrow. Everytime it came around i was feeling it up p hehe

Targa:
Ugly!

Won't knock the IS, doesn't really impress me though.

C32 is fast, looks too similar to the Cclass...the interior sucks (Hyundai XG350 looks just as nice), typical Mercedes quality at this point (lets see what the 03 Sclass and new Eclass brings).

Even the 993 Porsche Targa was ugly, can't see the new one being any different. Porsche GT2 starting at $179,900, is hot.

Sclass is nice (my oldman has a 00 S500), but I would get an LS430 (Ultra Luxury package) and with the money saved would get some L-Sportline goodies , pimplishous.

Naw I went to the Mitsu booth specifically. I asked her and she said that it will be her in spring '03. I asked her about specifics and she said that they won't even train them until September. Also, very important, they will probably detune the engine because in it's current setup the car will not pass inspection. I asked her if the changes would be huge and she said that she doesn't expect major changes.

Side note: The chick was kinda cute and when we had the "car talk" my girlfriend gave me this look hehehe

I'm not sure if it was the competition coupe. The banner said viper concept. A complete aero package in the front and back. 500hp/500ft/lbs of torque.
