So, I've been debating getting a personalized license plate for a few weeks now.
It would read "Zain5" (my nickname). All my friends are telling me to go ahead and do it, as it costs 40 a year here in texas, comes out to $3.33 a month. So even if i dont like the looks, its only a 40 dollar mistake.

Ive read some pro/cons on the subject, just wondering what you guys think about this?

 

con: people can remember your plate easier during road rage

 

yeah, thats the one thing im actually really worried about. Guess I have to drive safer when/if i get the plates..lol

 

I've had three different personalized plates on three different cars and every single time once I get it on my car I regret getting it because either I think of something better or I feel retarded trying to explain what it means to someone who asks.

 

Well, since my REAL name is Zain, I dont think Zain5 would be questioned much. Plus, almost everyone knows that, that is my nickname. Plus, I have 2 other friends named Zain, and they are considering getting the personalized plates too, if i get mine. (ZainOG and Zain11) lol

 

Wow! I've never ever heard of that name before let alone met someone with that name... and there's 3 of you in a group of friends

I have a personalized plate, and I know people remember me as "that mother
f**ker drives like a G** Damned A**hole"

But really, I don't drive bad.. I just hate being stuck behind someone who gets next to a big rig on a 2 lane freeway and won't move or go faster.. in which case I justify my down shifts and speeding and leaving 1/2 foot of clearance because you're a fkn tard who should move.


But yeh.. my plate is AWESOMES!!!

i say don't get it... not something like that... i've seen an rdx... its plate was "rdx" lol simple

but i like the comination of 1 and I or 0 and D

 

just get DOOSH and call it a day.

 

We have one for the business truck. Not sure if I'd do it for a personal vehicle. If I came up with something I liked and wanted on my plate for the world to see, I'd probably do it.

I would never put my name on my plate though...

 

dont...save your $3.33 for something useful instead of a plate with your name on it...
