2 but I'd see if I could get the offsets a little different. maybe a smaller lip on the front and a fatter one on the back? the rims in pic 2 seem to be the same front and back.

both of these are replicas.. yeah i know but im short on cash.. 1st one are zhp and 2nd are hamann .. the bmw people say zhp .. but yall say hamann.. hehe im confused
but what color is your car?? that makes a difference...
gues they made e36's and e46's in 99'...my buddy has a 99' e36 m3.

Don't put on your BMW. I thought it had a stepped lip (which people don't do anymore). How much is the 1st one? THose are the High Performance package rims right?
