Which one would you choose?
IS350 - $40,000+/- ...... $280-$300 a month for 30mos
330I - $43,000+/- ....... $310-$315 a month for 30mos
TL - $33,000+ ........ guessing around $260-$290 a month for 30 mos
These are all lease numbers for 24-36 months. I need something with better gas mileage and I just plain miss having a sport sedan around.

I voted BMW though I recently saw the TL close up for the first time - yea I know where have I been right? - and the TL has a really really nice interior... The TL is definately the most car for the money.

Depends... If you want RWD or FWD, auto or 6spd.
I'm not a big of the new 3 series (e90) but maybe it's just because I haven't seen alot of them on the road... I love the e46 tho'...

The car would be AT and RWD or FWD since I have no use/need for AWD.

For me, this is a no-brainer.
The IS350 is presently only available with an automatic, so that removes that car immediately.
Having co-owned a 3-series Bimmer with my wife, a '96 328i which was primarily hers, I would not want to own another one.
That leaves the TL.. the best of the lot under the circumstances.
Now if you had included the Cadillac CTS-V or the new Z06 Corvette or if the IS350 was available with a manual, the decision would be hard. I'd probably go with the CTS-V or the Z06. But I would definitely miss my TL.

But a Z51 coupe is one of the frontrunners for the car after this.

I
CTS-V and Z06 are in a totally different class IMO. Not only price wise, but performance wise. Why not add an E60 M5 to the equation while you're at it for $15K more?

IS has a slush box, so that's out for me........nice looking car though.
I would wait (if you can) for the E90 coupe, that's going to be very nice.
The BMW is simply a great driving car, a TL doesn't offer remotely the same driving experience. I'm sure the IS won't either.

After seeing how the BMW pretty much fell apart during the C&D review I'd say IS350. The slushbox would be an issue if it were not the fastest car of the bunch or if during the test drive the auto was just constantly hunting for gears while punching the gas etc.
Aside from the rag review, the look of the BMW inside and out really isn't what I'd call a great evolution from the last car, its almost like the car went down in luxury inside and the rear tail lights are very bland looking imo/front of the car is good though.
The IS on the other hand really did evolve from the last gen into quite a nice looking car inside and out. I can't say I've ever driven a car on the streets at 9/10's the limit so the "BMW Factor" really doesn't factor into the buying decission either.

I don't care for the M5.. maybe because I'm not really a fan of Bimmers in general. Owned one (328i) and don't want another one. German engineering ain't all it's cracked up to be.
I'm not a big fan of Honda's either having had a '94 Accord EX that seemed to know how to leak and also get moisture into the clutch assembly. Didn't like distributors, either.
But I do like my TL (yes, I know it's an upscale Honda).
Let's see.. between the CTS-V and the new Z06.. tough decision. I really like the convenience and utility of a sedan. But 505 horsepower is hard to turn away from.
