It looks like that dude stole an Armco barrier, spray painted it with some white Krylon (hence the terrible mismatch, along with that on his fugly wing and quarter window louvers) then cut it up into sections and used self-tapping screws to secure it to his car. FAIL!

He should have riced out that Neon, poor Z

Damn that C5 Vette-amino reminds me of my teacher's C4 conversion into a completely bad ass looking truck.... he put one of those old-school (50's) Chevy truck bodies onto a Vette.... I'll bring a camera tonight and see if I can get some pics
