Sneaky Pete is one of the Blastolene Brothers creations ....most of which are pretty much "over the top WTF" kind of vehicles. Like the Blastolene hot rod with the tank motor that Jay Leno purchased from them, he calls it his tank car



And the Blastolene Big Bertha which started out as a '41 Seagrave fire truck, the engine is a 980 cu. in. OHV V12 gas motor now running on propane; here's two shots of Big Bertha before and after white paint

I didn't realize they make an Explorer body kit for the Skylines, but it does look better than some of those friggin weird WTF body kits I've seen.
