not saying F1 cars are not fast....they are simply the most astounding thing every....

but it is amazing what some cars are doing in a quarter mile.....8 second pass and 173 mph is simply amazing....and what makes it more awesome is no gadgets like traction control and launch control and stuff....

i always find it funny in professional racing videos where they say the person is a bad driver or something like that. When the person uploading the video is probably 100 times worse haha

They were capable of quicker times than that back when they were running turbocharged engines producing 1100bhp & that was absolutely all driver and manual transmission.


Today's cars probably average around 8-8.5. That's explosively fast for something that's not built anywhere near the level to be drag racing.

ohh know i've also heard about nice cars in london all the time. Just wondering why people bother to drive through london in them haha. Its so wide and just maneuvering around is hard and a pain.
