David, for sure. Manny's collection value lies heavily in his 3 Bugattis, Pagani, & Speedtail. David's big halo Ferrari collection plus the SF90 & Huayra of his own likely out-value it.
The SLR market is not that strong, & Manny doesn't appear to own any 722s. You average out the Roadsters are maybe $500,000 & the Coupes are $400,000, Manny has likely $1-.1.25m in his 2 Roadsters, & maybe $2-2.5m in his 5 coupes. He does have two more, 1 of which is getting the MSO treatment. But, David's TDF alone is worth the 2 Roadsters, & David's 275/330 GTS or Daytona Spider are worth just as much as the SLRs.

His ability to get Hermes to collaborate obviously adds tremendous value, but at this point, pretty much all Veyrons & Paganis are special & tailored in their own way.
That Pagani is a stunner, but that's 1 of the cars David used to fib about. Like you said, Alejandro spec'd that car & when David bought it, he rebranded it as the Da Vinci b/c he had the Tempesta package added to it, acting as if it was his own build on IG. This ignoring the fact that the Tricolore design is on at least 2 other Huayras, so it really doesn't get more unoriginal for such a car with endless possibilities.
