NY Certificate of Title

When you trade your car in to a dealer that is out of state and your car is registered to NY, which section of the Title are you supposed to fill out and sign?

Section 1, The part that says "Seller's Signature"...It doesn't matter where the dealer is to decide where you should be signing..
