That being said there are a few members here that own Legends. Your cousin could probably post any questions in the Car Talk sub-forum.

There's already a well established Legend forum elsewhere 
If he has Legend specific questions, feel free to post them here or in 1st gen TL, since the engines are virtually identical.

Bingo. Being there are already a couple of very well established Legend forums, there was no need to reinvent the wheel here.
And as Ken said, the 1st Gen TL was so similar that you can use that forum as a Legend resource

Just wanted to add... you can also use this forum (Car Talk) for any car not covered by our model specific forums... including the Legend. Probably not enough interest to be worth going through the trouble of creating it's own sub-forum.
I figured that was probably why, I just thought, it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I've never owned a Legend but Tyson's thread makes me want to buy one.

RSX was added in fall of 2008.
ZDX was added in Fall of 2009 as it started arriving in showrooms.
ILX was added shortly after the unveiling in Feb of 2012.
So they've been here for a while (except ILX, which is new... but so is the model).
