where is....
yeah thats a major downside to having strict inspection laws and having your car in tip top shape to be able to pass.......................but keep sending them over! only 7 more yrs until i can have a 89 R32 legally

JZ - Just be sure you get at least the 2.5L turbo. Some of the Skylines they pimp to Americans are 2.0L, and you can't mod those.
One of the soldiers here that works for me has an R32, with about 400 RWHP. That's plenty in a 3200 lb car here. And it is heavily modded.

Oh, and R32 GT-R's are about $12-15K here, the R33 is about $15 - 30K, the grand daddy R34 is about $30 - 60K.
