NEW to this need some info

Hi Az

im new to this and my questions is if i buy A-SPEC kit for my 07 base TL is that a hole bumper or is that something i add on to my bumper i alredy have ??

The front and rear pieces of the A-Spec kit attach to your existing bumpers. The side skirts replace your current set.
