Yea... We were initially thinking SUV. Then I took a step back, and thought maybe we could get by with a sedan; hence the TSX.

But after I sat in the back seat of a few sedans, they just weren't practical enough for, dare I say... child seats.

So when the day ultimately comes, we'll be able to get a child seat in the back of the MO, can load the bish with groceries... Clean out Costco and Sams Club.

Much better move, IMHO.

We did look... She didn't really like it.

I had a couple reason why I didn't get the FX. I didn't want her to have to drive 45 minutes to get service. The Nissan dealer is 2 minutes from home. And... Servicing two Infinities would have sucked financially... The Murano is much cheaper to maintain.

We put a few miles on it this weekend, and I'm very impressed so far.

Congrats... Looks like you ended up where you started (nissan or infiniti)...

I know you mentioned the Pilot, so what finally made you buy the Nissan ??

Ease/cost of service ?? Price ?? The Murano is what the wife told you she wanted...

She just liked the MO better. It "felt" smaller to her, she liked the toys; xenons, memory seating... She even commented on the stereo sounding better.

I like the Pilot, but the MO has more pizzazz.
