the top is the navigation for the different car sections, then there is the awesomeness that is off-topic where car automotive discussions and ramblings reside. I think for certain areas to post you need to meet a minimum day/post requirement, i forgot.

and as speedemon said, you have to post more and meet a certain amount of days to do some things on here.
don't try to get a lot of posts so quickly, you'll meet the requirements soon

Time and participation will grant access to the sections with those requirements. That said, you should have access to 99% of the site. As was mentioned, just use the menu bar at the top of the page to bounce between sections.
