Need a dealer quote on Ford vehicles...

Here's the deal. The non-profit I work for wants to trade in our 2005 Suburban's on a new Expedition and a new Edge, they can by 2009's. Now, I contacted the fleet manager here at the local Ford dealer and the best he could do was about $1500 less than MSRP. I couldn't believe it, what a joke.

Do any of you know the "go-to-guy" at any Ford dealers in San Antonio? If the numbers work, my Executive Director will go pick them up. I called about 4 hours ago, nothing. I want their lowest price on an Edge SE and an Expedition XLE with the 3rd row seat and rear air.

Can anyone help?

maybe they meant 15,000 off.
i would look at all dealers in the area and call their fleet sales and get their e-mail address and see what happens.

ahh forgot, there are trade-ins

Email blast. E-Mail every Ford dealer's internet manager within some set radius and tell them what you want and what you're trading in and that you want their best deal.

You're asking a fleet guy about two vehicles. They probably feel like you're wasting their time. You might have more luck talking to the internet manager.
