NC Inspection Question?
I was wondering if anyone happens to know if you have to have the factory seat belts installed in NC to pass state inspection or if a 4 point harness would suffice? This is not for my car but rather a friends car.

just looked at the NC vehicle inspection statement-no mention of inspecting the seat belts. They are trying to do away with inspections-heard that on the news this morning.

That would be cool. Only issue is working to fix his car of a check engine light which I believe is the result of the removal of the cats. going to install two J adapters to the O2 sensors tomorrow night and hopefully that will fix it.
