well i was saving up for one but got a great deal on a 00 civic with a jdm b18..and i spent the rest on suspension...you guys thing that was a good idea??

that was the last good Civic, that gen. The one after it lost all sense of Honda-ness. The current gen is so-so.

I'm sure someone said that about the EM1 when it came out. I had an ep3 though, so I tend to agree, it was lacking in the power dept.

Great pickup...but yeah...lock it up and don't assume they WON'T bring a flatbed.

My mom had a 99 GSR with 55K original miles on it...dark green with the GSR blades...aftermarket alarm and club and it was gone. I told her it was going to happen sooner or later.

 

^^ yeah one of my friends had a 00' USDM ITR with a JDM ITR front end.
Parked it in the garage EVER SINGLE DAY and he came home late one night around 3am and just left it out in the driveway because he had to go somewhere early in the morning. Woke up 8am his car was gone. The only day he parked it on the driveway too :/. Thieves piss me off soo much, cant own anything nice without someone vandalizing or stealing your stuff.

that's pretty tight. If I were to buy a civic, I'd want one just like that. Me and my wife want to build one up for drag racing, trying to find a dirt cheap one to start with

 

it handles ok...i am still waiting on the swaybars endlinks and fender braces
