I hate to live in cali because houese are mad expensive right now and you wouldn't believe how much those little house can cost. Plus, its california....everyone have to drive nice car there. I dont wanna rain on OP's parde but for some reason I call on this one. THe cars in the background pics appear to be a Highlander, an Armada, and a Sentra. There are also some trucks in the background. Not exactly bling-bling neighborhood.

A 6 bdrm, 3 bath house in Rosemead, CA will go for about 700-900k. Regardless of how it looks. Housing prices out here are crazy. I've seen super ghetto pads out here go for half mil.

Just a reality check for those that are saying that the car is worth more than the pad.

 

^ Even still, something doesn't look right. I mean, look at the neighborhood and the cars in said neighborhood. It just doesn't add up. Pickup trucks, mid-level SUVs, and a RR Phantom? Strange. Plus, $700-900k doesn't equal a car like that. Maybe a multi-million dollar home for someone who brings in millions per year, but not an overpriced, overvalued standard type home.

Honestly dood. You'd be surprised w/the shit that you'll see out here. I've seen houses in the ghetto w/decked out bentleys sitting out front parked on the grass w/the escalades on 26's sitting in the driveway alongside a 84 toyota tercel. Shit doesn't look right but it happens.
